In the past, it was hard to view all active listings in some neighborhoods since agencies from both Brownsville and Harlingen were only including the properties in their home MLS. As a member of every MLS in the Rio Grande Valley, RGV Realty has combined these databases for you. Harlingen Area Homes for Sale

RGV Realty recently joined the MLS for South Padre Island, Texas. Our presence throughout the Rio Grande Valley continues to grow since starting the company in 2007 in the Upper Valley. Our first MLS was the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors. We joined the Brownsville-SPI Board of Realtors in 2009. The Harlingen Board Realtors was added in 2010.

We have begun development of our newest website dedicated to the Laguna Vista / Port Isabel / South Padre Island region. Our target date for launching this new site is January 1st. Soon after, we hope to open a satellite office on the island.

I have been very active in the leadership of the McAllen, Harlingen & Brownsville Boards of Realtors. In 2014, I am serving as a committee member for all three MLS Committees. As a Real Estate Broker that conducts business through the entire valley, I have also been named to a task force to explore combining the MLS databases for the Realtors in the area.
