RGV Realty recently joined the MLS for South Padre Island, Texas. Our presence throughout the Rio Grande Valley continues to grow since starting the company in 2007 in the Upper Valley. Our first MLS was the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors. We joined the Brownsville-SPI Board of Realtors in 2009. The Harlingen Board Realtors was added in 2010.
We have begun development of our newest website dedicated to the Laguna Vista / Port Isabel / South Padre Island region. Our target date for launching this new site is January 1st. Soon after, we hope to open a satellite office on the island.
